Thank you if you still have the authorization header included in your requests (as is likely to be). There you see a value of type querystring, starting with & ex = [SOME DATA / TIME] . Like this:

Probably it has expired. Recover a new SAS in the portal or through code. On the Azure portal, you can click "Manage" and on the AAM portal, click "Security", as described here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/dn798668.aspx#ProgrammaticallyCreateToken
