Dropbox / Box / Drive - file interception operation

I am considering moving some company data from our shared local file resources to storage services with Dropbox / box / google, the only consideration at the moment is security. Is it possible to provide our employees with the opportunity to always see that the data exists in the service, but block access to it if it is done after working hours?

To be more specific, assuming that I have an “x.png” file in my Dropbox shared folder, I want users to always be able to see that “x.png” exists, but if I try to access after working hours I want to give the user has some kind of notification "File unavailable" and, possibly, also register an attempt.

thanks
