Netbeans - off - wavy red underlines - how?

How to disable wavy red underscores in Netbeans? I do not want to be interrupted when I type, and said that half of the finished line of code is incorrect.

This has already been reviewed and illustrated in Arnold's answer to NetBeans. Disable underscore check verification (+1); select Tools → Options → Fonts and colors → Syntax → Error category and adjust the font effects (or any other style) to your liking:

I confirmed that it still works like this - note that the new settings will not have any effect until you activate the editor update, for example. typing a letter.

Unfortunately, this does not seem to help in performance using any instantly observable method (although removing font effects like this is really used to speed things up in the old days).

Follow this path if you want to disable it (I am using NeatBeans 5.5.1)

Tools -> Options -> Advanced options -> Open the "Edit" node and click on "Java Sources" → Enter 0 for "Limitations of error annotation"

This will completely disable red underscores. You can also change the "automatic parsing delay" in the same place if you want a longer pause.
