Where to find Paint.NET multithreaded white paper?

As I wrote elsewhere , I seem to be sure that the white article by Rick Brewster about the multithreading used in Paint.NET once existed. However, I cannot find a link to this white paper. Does it exist (still)? And if so, where?

EDIT: Found in comments on an unrelated question that Paint.NET is still free, but the code is no longer available? Is this due to the fact that I can no longer find this white paper?

EDIT2: Went straight to the horses lips on this and will return any answer I get here. In the meantime, any answer you may wish is more than welcome!

I just got a private post on the Paint.NET forum from Rick Brewster :

No such document ever existed.

That would at least explain why there are no traces on Google. In the end, should I go crazy?

Is it possible that you found this document after linking to Coding Horror on Rick Brewster's blog? He seems to have cleared his blog, and there are no entries until 2006.

The only "very small" explanation for streaming processing in Paint.Net that I could find more was CodeProject .
