Program for viewing shared memory in Windows?

Question

I am looking for a program to view and view (local) shared memory in Windows x32 / x64.

I know that this exists because I have seen it in action before. For some reason, Google and MSDN were not able to do this for me.

I think Accesschk can do this.

From the command line: accesschk.exe -osv > objects.txt

Search: "Type: Section"
