What is the fastest way to compare the IIS settings of two servers?

I have uneven results for applications running on two Windows 2003 servers with IIS. Is there a way to quickly flush IIS configurations to a file for comparison? Are there any good tools to compare two IIS servers?

Give Metabase Explorer as part of the IIS 6 resource set. You can view all the settings for several servers and copy / paste the results into xls and compare them.

To do this, you can use Web Deploy ( http://www.iis.net/download/WebDeploy ), you can point it to the server remotely (provided that you have administrator credentials) and check the two servers to find out what are the differences. You can even sync them if you want them to look the same.
