Is there an open source alternative for the model?

I am interested in creating a website similar to Stack Overflow. Since I am usually interested in OSS, I would like to know if anyone knows about the existence of other Q & A sites whose sources are licensed under an open source license (not interested in which license if I can use it) - GPL, Apache, BSD, MIT ...).

PS: The site will most likely run on a Linux machine with Apache or any other open source web server.

Stacked seems the most recognizable, but I'm not sure how close their code base will resemble StackOverflows.

Shapado and OSQA are pretty much what you are looking for.

Software is also available for hosted sites. Then you can get an almost identical site at the expense of the course (with some exceptions).

[Edit This has changed since I replied. See Area 51 for more details.]

Otherwise, I think that you are not using the previously mentioned complex or one of the software solutions for the forum, which are actually not the same Q & A formats.
