How to get tga file direction in java

Question

I read the Wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truevision_TGA , and I know that 5-4 bits of the eighteenth byte of a tga file represent the direction of the tga file.

So, there are 4 permutations (00,01,10,11) to show us the direction in which direction each permutation is denoted?

Bits 5 and 4: these bits are used to indicate the order in which pixel data is transferred from the file to the screen. Bit 4 is for ordering from left to right, and bit 5 is for ordering from top to bottom, as shown below.
