I am looking for a good (or at least working) OpenID implementation in erlang. I looked at several different solutions, but not one of them works 100%.

As far as I know, eopenid only supports OpenID 1.1. I have code to run OpenID 2.0, part of which is based on eopenid, at http://github.com/brendonh/erl_openid (and a quick tutorial at http://taizilla.wordpress.com/2010/07/21/erl_openid/ )
This is work in progress, except that progress is not being made;) It basically works, and I would welcome help in improving it.
