Is there a way to use the starter kit in Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2? I installed the starter kit, but I do not see the templates anywhere.

The REST Starter Kit release notes show that it only supports Visual Studio 2008.

The starter kit supports Visual Studio 2008 SP1 on 32-bit or 64-bit Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. The starter kit uses RSS feeds that are supported in Internet Explorer 7 or later. Using Internet Explorer 6 is not recommended. If you use IIS to publish your website or application website, it is recommended that you use IIS 7. The starter kit has been successfully installed on Visual Studio 2008 Express Editions, but its full functionality may not be supported.

Just FYI, instead of using the REST Starter kit, you can check the last bits from the WCF community site . The starter kit will take you part of the way and is sufficient for very simple things, but (from personal experience) is not so good for much more.

The bits mentioned above are run on top of REST support in WCF, but they make the whole development process much cleaner and add a lot of standardization of requests.
