Courier New with a sharp 0 (zero) and a separate 1 (one)

Recommended fonts for programming?

Courier New is perfect for programming.

Except that in fact he needs a cut of 0 (zero) and a separate 1 (one) against l (the letter l).

Is there a recompilation of the font with these features?

(edit: this question is about Courier New :)

(edit 2: Qaru, I failed, I specifically asked about Courier New, I do not need other programming fonts. Perhaps I needed to make this clear in this matter.)

I usually use Consolas , which is similar to Courier New, but makes these differences.
It also greatly facilitates the use of ClearType.

It includes Vista and Office 2007, as well as the free PowerPoint Viewer 2007 .

When I got tired of Courier New, I started using Triskweline , and now I like it; although it is a bitmap font, it is pretty nice and it offers easily recognizable characters, especially for the most β€œproblematic” ones (1 / I / l, O / 0, ...).

Also, it doesn't look like trash like Consolas if ClearType is unavailable / disabled.

By the way, here are some other β€œalternative” program fonts:
