Bizspark Renew Link

Question

Last year, I joined the Microsoft BizSpark program and recently received an annual renewal notice. I clicked on the link and it will lead me to the BizSpark homepage http://www.microsoft.com/BizSpark/ . Even after logging in, I can’t find the link to the extension curse.

Three letters were sent to the Microsoft bizspark team, but no response. Does anyone know how to renew my membership in BizSpark?

From the user manual:

Each startup must renew their participation in BizSpark within 90 days of their first and second years after registration. Startup Contact will receive an email reminder from BizSpark when it is time for an update. The update is quick and easy - the initial launch contact simply logs in, clicks on the update and confirms that their right to participate has not changed. If Startup chooses not to update, Startup may contact customer support and ask them to be removed from BizSpark.
