Delete vertical dashed indent lines in Visual Studio 2017

I just installed Visual Studio 2017 and got weird vertical indentation in the code editor.

How to remove them?

PS I disabled all extensions, but that doesn’t help.

In Tools → Options → Text Editor there is an option Show structure guide lines , which should remove it.

In the latest version of Visual Studio code, downloaded in July / 2017 (note that this is not Visual Studio, but as @tambre noted, this can also help in VS), the name of this parameter has changed:

Go to Code-> Settings-> Settings and search for "renderIndentGuides". The full setup should look like:

  "editor.renderIndentGuides": true,

Change it to false and on it.
