How to remove date header from apache?

Question

I need to minimize the Apache HTTP response headers, and now I have reduced them as shown below.

HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Thu, 25 Mar 2010 21:57:41 GMT Server: Apache Content-Type: text/html 

I would like to know if there is a way to disable the Date and Server header, only for a specific virtual host.

The header header is required in part of the HTTP standard. You cannot delete it without being not compliant with the http standard, so apache usually does not allow this.
