Crystal report file does not extend to server in ASP.NET MVC

I use crystal reports through Crystal Report view server server control in a web form.

I use a web form because Crystal Report Viewer provides an easy way to export to PDF and Excel.

My problem is that when deployed to the server, the Crystal Reports.rpt file is not copied to the destination folder.

My solution structure looks like this:

Solution |-Content |-Controllers |-Models |-Views |-etc... |-Reports |-Default.aspx |-Report.rpt

The Report.rpt file is missing from the server after publication.

If you right-click the Report.rpt file in Solution Explorer and view the properties, make sure Build Action is set to Content. In my opinion, by default, the Embedded resource is set for it.
