In Windows XP, you can create the GINA DLL , and for Vista + you need to use the new accounting systems . In both cases, you need to create a user interface from scratch, and therefore it is not possible to just use the existing interface and add several controls here and there.
Of course, you could create your own GINA DLL, which displays the user interface, the same as the standard Windows XP, with your own add-ons, but this is not an easy task.
