How to stop folders that are default namespace providers in VS 2010?

Subject says everything.

EDIT: I know this is a ReSharper related issue, and I know how to clear the NameSpaceProvider flag in the folder already. My question is, by default, all NameSpaceProvider flags are false.

Do you use Resharper? If you use Resharper, you can right-click on the folder and select "properties" from the drop-down menu. The second property will be the "namespace provider", which can then be set to false.

Hope this helps.

You will only have this feature if you installed Resharper. By default, the VS2010 IDE does not have this entry in the folder properties panel.
