Ipad / iphone as scroll

Question

Is there any of you, for example, like a javascript library that allows you to scroll through a fluid div. I kind of want to do something like scrollbars in google wave ... but maybe less annoying. I happen to love them, but they don't seem to get a good review.

I believe iScroll can help. It provides a way to scroll content inside a fixed width / height element.
