The structure is exactly the same, just using the body (replaces the original content) is different.

Guess if there is a specification: RFC 2616, section 9.6 .

I think the best examples you are going to get are real world examples. Download LiveHTTPHeaders for Firefox and start recording your own traffic to where you know you are publishing data. You will have an infinite amount of data to look like this.
