Windows 7 Professional Icon Packs

First of all, I know that there are several topics about icon packs in stackoverflow. However, I am looking for specific Windows 7 style icons.

Most of the icon packs that you find have a rather old look or an unnatural look of Windows 7 or too futuristic, catchy, kiddy, not professional.

Are there icon packs (which meet the requirements of Windows 7 (all sizes, picture angle, etc.) and that look professional or rather look like Windows 7

Have you had any views on the ones included in the Visual Studio Image Library that are included in VS2010? I do not have access to it right now, but it should be icons from Windows and Office, etc., Therefore, I assume that they must meet the official requirements (although these may be older versions of the icons that I assume).
