In the relevant section of the LSB Book , Packaging , only
- to prefix your package with
lsb- - to register part of your package name before the first hyphen in LANANA (or for your domain name).
However, the standard wrapper of the LSB packaging tool, makelsbpkg , says to generate package names in the form mypackage-1.0.0-1.%arch.rpm , which I think is the name-version-release.architecture.rpm scheme with which you contacted.
(I think he assumed the package name ( mypackange in the example above already contains the lsb- prefix. I'm not sure I never ran this tool.)
