You need to change the setting in Macro Security in Excel so that your colleagues do not come to answer the dialog every time. However, keep in mind that when you allow macros to run automatically, it may not suspect anything to open you up to malicious code in other Excel workbooks.
The settings location for Macro Security is different from Excel versions 2003 and 2007. In 2003 and earlier, I believe that this option is displayed in Tools> Macros> Macro Security. From there, you will change the security level to low. In Excel 2007 (and possibly in 2010), this option appears on the Developer tab on the ribbon (which you might need to make visible by switching the checkbox in Excel options). On the Developer tab, select Macro Security and select Enable All Macros.
The above is the easiest way for your colleagues to make changes to their system, but the best way, according to others, would be to digitally sign your own work so that your colleagues do not discover the potential security hole in their own system.
