Compilation for older versions of Mac OS X

I recently started building apps for Mac, in my last release I got overwhelming suggestions to make the app run on OSX 10.5 when I work and compile for 10.6.

I tried looking for the 10.5 SDK but could not find it anywhere to download! How can I compile my application for older versions of Mac OS X using Xcode 2.2 and development in 10.6?

EDIT: ------ I mentioned that I have no way to select different SDKs, since I have no other installed programs, and my problem is no longer to find where to get these sdks? I donโ€™t really know how to compile for old sdks

Download all Xcode Tools packages from http://developer.apple.com/mac/ . Then run the installer, and when you go to the screen that says "Standard installation", instead of clicking "Continue", click "Configure" in the lower left corner. You should be able to install MacOSX10.5.sdk as well as MacOSX10.4u.sdk.

This can be configured in the project or goal settings (right-click โ†’ Get information):

Build โ†’ Base SDK.
