Git bugtraq for all users who clone my repositories?

I use svn to use svn:propset to set the bugtraq urls, pus ^H^H^H pass them to the server, and all users who have clo ^H^H^H have the settings.

In git, I can store them in my local configuration or in the repository, but other users who clone it do not benefit from this: they simply do not receive my bugtraq configuration.

Do I need to train all users to configure their checks (also unsatisfactory when I move to another place, I need to clone my repository again) or can it be fed when cloning is cloned?

Scott Chacon posted git notes on his excellent ProGit blog .

Keep in mind that you will need to tell everyone to pull out all the links, they will need to add this to their git config for this repository.

Notes

git allows you to add a note to an existing commit without changing the commit message. This can, for example, be used to add information locally to a specific commit.

Notes, however, are only considered local and are not automatically pushed / pulled out from the remote server, and if two people edit the same conflicts with the record, they are like normal commits, and they need to be fixed by checking the notes and manually fixing things up.

This makes using notes more difficult, and unfortunately it doesn't seem to have improved on newer versions of git.
