Webcam control in java

Question

I am going to create a project to control my embedded webcam in java.

I tried to find and found that we need to use JMF for this kind. But I could not find any good stories or books that explain the JMF from scratch.

I actually had more success using Xuggler than FMJ or JMF. Here is a demo to display from a webcam:
