How to encode CSS in eclipse?

Anyway, I can develop CSS in eclipse. I am using the Eclipse Helios version and I want to be able to create CSS pages in it. But I could not find the CSS file in it.

You need to install web tools for Eclipse. This means: either select an Eclipse Enterprise installation or add a WTP project to an existing Eclipse instance. For the latter, go to Help β†’ Install new software, select the Eclipse update site, and then select the WTP project to be added.

You can always install the Aptana Studio plugin (3 beta) for your eclipse.

File> New> File Write a file name with the extension .css.

In order to have colors and friendly visibility, I think that if you do not have support, you will need to download any plug-in. I usually use this and this is good https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/eclipse-4-tools-lightweight-css-editor
