How to encode CSS in eclipse?

Anyway, I can develop CSS in eclipse. I am using the Eclipse Helios version and I want to be able to create CSS pages in it. But I could not find the CSS file in it.

You need to install web tools for Eclipse. This means: either select an Eclipse Enterprise installation or add a WTP project to an existing Eclipse instance. For the latter, go to Help → Install new software, select the Eclipse update site, and then select the WTP project to be added.

In the menu file → new → other and as a CSS type.

You can always install the Aptana Studio plugin (3 beta) for your eclipse.

File> New> File Write a file name with the extension .css.
