Please request this file from the Capistrano recipe (LoadError)

I am using Capistrano 2 with a Rails 3 project. I recently rebuilt the gemset form and now I get the error message "Please request this file from the Capistrano (LoadError) recipe" when I try to start the rails server.

The problem is rvm-capistrano.

Fix it in gemfile. required: false

  gem 'rvm-capistrano', require: false

This should help

The best solution I found instead of removing it is to simply move rvm-capistrano to capistrano:

 # Deploy with Capistrano gem 'rvm-capistrano' gem 'capistrano' gem 'capistrano-ext'

But, strangely, I also solved this problem (in my Gemfile, just to comment on the main stone of capistrano):

 # Deploy with Capistrano # gem 'capistrano', :group => :development gem 'rvm-capistrano', :group => :development

In your gemfile, change this.

gem 'rvm-capistrano', require: false

This will solve the problem without a headache.
