SQL Server Cursor Reference (Syntax, etc.)

I don't often use SQL Server cursors, but when I do this, I always need to look for syntax and parameters.

So, I wanted to ask, what is the best SQL Server Cursor link on the Internet ?.

I am looking for a link that explains all (basic?) Options (IE FAST_FORWARD), and also shows quick snippets of how to use them. (IE How to implement a loop with the cursor and with good practice for checking @@ FETCH_STATUS variable.)

Best wishes,
Franc

Quick update: I'm looking for a balance of quick links, but detailed enough to see my options. As an example. MSDN is a great reference guide, but it has too many details. The link should ideally be short.

Further update: I'm still looking for sources. If someone posts a good source that matches my criteria, I will accept this answer ...

I always use the Transact-SQL Reference built-in help system in the management studio. I find examples in everything that there can be more than enough for what I need.
