.Net UTC and GMT do not match Difference between UTC and standard GMT time in .NET

Is it the same with Java? Does Java have an idea that GMT has DST changes while UTC does not support?

Thanks!

Daylight saving time and GMT are different. GMT - GMT, wherever and whenever.

GMT + 0 - British Standard Time

GMT + 1 - BST (British Daylight Saving Time)

As explained in the documentation , GMT is equivalent to UT, and the difference between UT and UTC is "invisibly thin hair for separation." As Kodemnzi explained, GMT will never use DST.

GMT and UTC will never use Summer Saving or Daylight Saving.

You misunderstand another question. This is not UTC vs. GMT, this is UTC vs. GMT Standard Time.
