Ignore folders in compare solution with Beyond Compare

I am trying to compare two large Visual Studio 2010 solutions using Beyond Compare. These solutions have 60 projects, the only way to ignore the differences in the bin and obj folders of each project is to right-click them in the comparison results window. I don't want to do this 60 times, so is there another way I can tell Beyond Compare to ignore these folders in every solution?

This is for version 3,

While you are comparing two folders, you can go to the Session-> Session settings menu and go to the tab named Name Filters . There are several blocks for including or excluding files or folders; find the one located at the bottom right, and on each line you can declare the folders that you want to exclude. In the lower left corner there is an important combo box in which you can specify whether you will use these settings only this time or use them every time.

Another way to do this is to simply search the File Filters toolbar (the one that has a combo box and a pair of icons with two points), in this combo box you can set your own filter, for example -bin\;-obj\ and this excludes bin folders and obj.

I know this is old, but I came here looking for the same information for version 4.

Version 4 supports the same functions, but is displayed on the top toolbar in the session, just add the same -bin\;-obj\ to the "Filters:" text box:
