How can I use Builder Builder to create documentation without a documentation source?

I want to be able to create help documentation from existing theme files (.AML) using Sandcastle. I use Sandcastle Help File Builder to help with the configuration and generation of documentation.

I do not want to publish any documentation on the code, however, if I do not indicate the source of the documentation (for example, project, solution, dll, exe, etc.), the assembly will fail.

How do I configure the Sandcastle hint file configurator so that I can create documentation without exposing code documentation?

This is achieved by including an optional content-only plugin. This can be found in PlugInConfigurations in the project properties. Just adding this plugin will give you the desired result.
