GitExtension not showing up in Visual Studio 2010 Express (Windows 7)

I am using Visual Studio 2010 Express on Windows 7. I recently installed GitExtension and it seems to work fine (cloning and forking and what not). I expected it to appear in Visual Studio Express when I open VS, but that is not the case. I searched the Internet and found several links to the same problem, I recommend using the VS Extension Manager to download the Git plugin in 2010. However, when I tried to use the extension manager on VS to access and install the GitExtension plugin, nothing related to Git. Any suggestions for GitExtension showing up on VS 2010 Express in Windows 7? Read any help.

In general, Visual Studio Express versions do not support any extensions. Unless their site specifically mentions Express support, I would expect it to work only on the full version of Visual Studio, to be honest. Extensions for Express editions are limited to "tool controls, element templates, project templates, and a custom start page" - something more than this requires a full VS to work.
