Crystaldecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll not found on the client computer

Question

I wrote a .NET DLL that uses ReportViewer in VS2010. It works well on a development computer. However, when I install the program on the client, I get an error that Crystaldecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.dll not found.

I installed both the .NET 4 environment and the 32-bit MSI, which SAP provides as a free download.

What else do I need to do to get this to work?

Have you downloaded the runtime from the website below? http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7824

Perhaps in the project settings → link, you can try to install dll to copy to local and see if it works ...
