Luminous glass label controls

Question

Is there any way and any textbooks, articles, samples around that allow each new Label Control created at runtime to have the Light around it, just like in Vista / 7?

It is impossible to see the attached image and, therefore, only to guess what the necessary looks should be - I quickly ran a test in WPF with changing the label template and adding a second ContentPresenter using BlurEffect.

Assuming that look is what you are looking for is a quick and easy way.
