How do I show my current location on a Google map?

I want to show my current location on google map. it should go dynamically, i.e. longitude and latitude must be set dynamically.

As if I’m now in New Delhi, and if I launched the Android app, my current location should be shown in New Delhi, and it should change if I go to other cities.
