Show animations in Windows 7

Does anyone know how to change the default β€œfade” animation when you put the computer to sleep or turn off the power of the display through the command line?

I was looking for CRT style animations which is used in Android gingerbread .

Operating system - Windows 7 x64 (pro edition).

In addition - I understand that it is not supported and probably requires some hacking of the DLL (for example, in case of changing the mechanics of the login screen).
Just wondering if anyone was looking for it / tried it.

Why not fake it? Take a screenshot, make an animation in full screen mode, and as soon as the screen turns black, start hibernation / shutdown. Fading from an already black screen is quite difficult, and can look quite impressive, depending on your needs.
