Create transparent video on iOS

Question

I have two mp4 movies. One of them has the actual video and one with alpha values. My intention is that the first film will get a transparent look, combining it with the second, where the second will be a mask of the first.

I know how to do this: using the CGImage and blending tools. But I do not know how to get the exact frames of the video. Can someone point me in the right direction? Or does anyone have an alternative idea?

Try this link - a great environment for creating image filters. Within this framework, you can also filter the video stream from the camera or filter already recorded video. I hope for this help.
