Pyramid Backbone Playground is a fully working example that you can check from github; he also cites Backbone.js and a Django blog post that may also be helpful.

Could you tell us a little more about your question? What do you want to do?

I worked with the spine and pylons / pyramid, but they interact with each other and do not integrate. Trunk negotiations with an API that was built using the pyramid.
