You can give SQLEditor go, check here . It supports the use of JDBC drivers for SQLite according to this page .
Admittedly, it is not free, but it has a 30-day trial period to determine if it is suitable for your needs.
As another option, it seems that MySQL Workbench might be a use case, since the plugin was released with support for SQLite export. Read more about it here . I know first-hand the MySQL Workbench to work reasonably, and it is available on OSX.
