Is there a reason to leave ref in System.Runtime.CompilerServices in AssemblyInfo.cs?

I just started using resharper and it barks in this generated assemblyinfo.cs file.

Reason / Logic tells me that I am fine to draw a line, because this is the latest version of resharper and it is a popular tool.

My concern is something like my limited understanding of the wst interoperability of new C # features, such as extension methods, combined with the use of "which doesn't seem to be used."

Hope this made some sense.

Here's a screenshot for clarity.

This has nothing to do with the newer C# features , you can safely remove it.
