Move items between folders in a SharePoint 2010 list

Question

Is there a way to move items or folders in a SharePoint 2010 list? Either in the designer or in SharePoint? I have one list with several levels of folders and items in these folders. Can I move an item and / or folder containing items to another folder on this list without requiring the removal of items and / or folders and manually recreate the item / folder in the new desired location? It seems that this would be the desired functionality for serving the list.

Open the list in Windows Explorer. On the Ribbon tab, on the Liberty tab, in the Connect and Export section - Open using Explorer, I’ll add it to my favorites, so I don’t need to log into SharePoint

If possible, you can try some of the third part tools, such as listing BoostSolutions, and hope that this helps you solve this problem.
