Free Ubigraph Alternative

I am trying to create a large graph visualization using Ubigraph and my xml-rpc interface. However, the Ubigraph xmlRPC server is not fast enough to handle the call speed generated by my Python code and it hangs. I tried all the performance tips listed on the website to no avail. Direct wrapper is not available in the free version of Ubigraph, so my question is: are there any free (as in speech) alternatives to Ubigraph?

I think you might have the same problem. This does not mean that ubigraph cannot process xmlrpc, but there is a problem with the 64-bit version. He froze at me in completely unpredictable times (sometimes after 22 ribs, sometimes after 1,500 edges ...). Instead, try the 32-bit version. It was solid for me.

Have you seen graphviz ? Should this be a service or can you just run it locally?
