Can I have several developers test my iPhone / iPad application if I create an individual account and not a company account?

I want to try developing iPhone / iPad using MonoTouch (<3.NET), and the first step is to create an account / register with the Apple Development Program.

The first thing they ask me is that it will be a person or a company. Firstly, it’s just me and an assistant .. so we really don’t have any official company, etc. (Please → any suggestions for this will be executed on deaf ears. If our R&D works - THEN we will sort it out).

BUT - we would like to do it ourselves, my friend And our family / friends can check our R&D efforts - let's say .. 1 dev, 1 user interface and 4 or 5 relatives / friends.

Which account should I have?

I read a few other SO posts that might have other people test applications on the device (s) with some magic certificate materials ... but I just want to make sure that I have the correct account.

Greetings :)

Yes, you can do ad-hoc distribution of up to 100 devices using a separate developer account.

There is no difference between an individual account and a company account in terms of what you can do to develop, test and distribute applications. The only difference is that with the company account there is a team leader who can add other developers to the account and manage their capabilities, but this has nothing to do with the distribution of the application.
