How to send email in gmail using SMTPclient in C #?

Question

I use outloook 2003 and visual studio 2008. I want to develop an application that will send an email to any domain. but my code fails when I try to send email to gmail, hotmail, etc., virtually all messages are stored in the C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Queue . Please help me how I send an email to gmail, hotmail a / c.
