Only in tablet

Question

My application should support landscape / portrait mode only for tablets, phones only support portrait mode. What is the best way to implement this?

The options I'm considering are:

a) using two apk files, one for phones and one for tablets. The phone will block landscape mode in the manifest

2) using one apk file. The discovery of this device is a telephone, landscape mode lock inside each action.

Any advice would be appreciated.
