Portable WAMP package?

Question

Anyway, can I use PHP, mySQL, apache, phpmyadmin on USB on a Windows 7 computer? The reason is that I do not have sufficient permissions to install packages such as XAMPP on my computer, and I want to test some php code files. Thanks.

A few years in advance ... Try uWamp http://www.uwamp.com/en/ It is lightweight and does not require installation, so it can run on flashdrive.
