Display topic name when debugging - delphi

I found some good questions and with good answers to thread naming in Delphi. Like this Named Streams in Delphi - what is it? .

But how, during debugging, do I see the name of the stream? And also, even with this, I do not see the stream name in utilities, for example Process Explorer?

When execution is paused (because you are pausing by clicking the pause icon or selecting Run, Pause Program, or Breakpoint), the thread names are visible in the Themes window (View, Debug Windows, Threads or Ctrl-Alt-T).

No, Process Explorer cannot display thread names.
