Best Javascript Map / Map

What is the best Geo map / chart for JavaScript (high quality)?

It should work on ipad / android / ie8 ++ / firefox tablets ... and ideally with professional support.

Google Visualization may be a low solution (no scaling / moving, low detail on the map ...), but their licensing and lack of support is a problem; note that you cannot even fix errors or copy your library.

Protovis is no longer impressive, but it is no longer supported and is not compatible with IE (scale / move again).

There is a jVectorMap jQuery plugin. You can create interactive vector maps with it; maps of wrold, USA and Germany are currently available. This is probably what you need.
