How to set up live video streaming on wowza android server?

Question

I installed and configured a wowza media server for real-time streaming, but I can’t do streaming video streaming on a wowza server. And I need to live in streaming video with the wowza Android server. Please tell me how to configure streaming video to the server step by step.

And what IP address do I pass to "BIND IP ADDRESS and IP CONNECTION IP AND USE IP ADDRESS"

Any ideas are welcome. Please help me look forward to a decision.
