Cygwin curl, Wget, wget and top "command not found"

Question

I am sure that I already installed the default cygwin package, including the "net" package, however the console continued to say that the "command was not found" every time wget and top. run top. . Do these teams come separately?

Calm people, thanks for your time, I decided this; It seems that the default package containing wget and curl has not actually been installed. This confused me, as I'm sure I installed them correctly. Well, the most important thing is that it is resolved, so now there are no problems. Thanks again!
